These terms and conditions cover confidentiality, respectful conduct, and membership requirements. We emphasize creating a supportive "safe space," encourage respectful listening, and require members to commit to the group's purpose.
Core Conduct and Community Rules
Confidentiality: Members agree to keep Weekly Message & Bi Weekly Videos private and within the group, including screenshots & screen recordings.
Respectful behavior:
- No disrespecting other members.
- Respect others' aspirations and opinions, and treat everyone with kindness.
- Support and encourage other members.
- Create an environment where members feel safe to be open and honest.
- Members have the option to pass on contributing if they are not comfortable sharing.
Administrative and Organizational Rules
Who Can Join
Our community is a safe and supportive space for individuals assigned female at birth (AFAB). This helps us focus on experiences and challenges that are unique to those born and socialized as girls and women.
Why We Ask This
We want everyone in this group to feel understood and supported. This guideline isn't about excluding anyone—it's about keeping the space true to its mission.
Membership Confirmation
By joining, you're confirming that this description fits your lived experience. We trust our members to join in good faith and with respect for the community.
Members Must:
- Maintain accurate contact information.
- Pay monthly dues and understand that they are non-refundable, even if cancellation occurs mid-cycle.
Admin Monitoring:
Comply with the assigned admin's feedback if a rule is broken. Members will receive one warning; repeated violations may lead to removal.
Consequences for Breaking Rules:
Failure to follow rules may result in a warning or termination of membership. Groups can modify or change their rules as needed.
Formal & Liability Rules
Limitation of liability: The group is not liable for damages arising from member conduct, loss of profits, or other issues related to the platform or events.
Third-party content: The group is not responsible for any content posted by users, which reflects the views of the individual poster, not the group. Users may not post illegal or harmful content, and violation can lead to user content and membership removal.
Modification of services: The group reserves the right to modify or discontinue its program or platform at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email.
Data and content removal: All member information may be removed if membership is terminated, and dues are non-refundable.
User representations: Members may need to warrant that their registration information is accurate, they have the legal capacity to join, and they will not use the service for illegal purposes.
