At I See You Living, human connection isn’t just something we talk about—it’s how we live.

You’re here!

Hello!  I’m Julie De Jesus—I’m a keynote speaker, author, podcast host, and founder of I See You Living

Most importantly, I’m a human who’s been deeply impacted by the power of human connection.

My life didn’t go as planned. I’ve had times where I felt overwhelmed, unseen, and unsure of how to keep going. But in those moments, something incredible happened—people saw me. Not in a surface-level way, but with compassion, presence, and love. That human connection didn’t just help me survive—it restored my mental health and completely changed the direction of my life.

Because being seen changes everything.

Telling those stories became my healing. And over time, it became my calling.

That’s how the I See You podcast was born- a space to share real, vulnerable stories that remind us we’re not alone, and that connection has the power to heal not just individuals, but entire communities.

I wrote about these stories in my first book, I See You: How Compassion and Connection Save Lives and again in my next one (this one’s for the kids) Broccolipunzle: A Girl with Extraordinary Hair.  I know every person- young or old- can uncover greater joy when they live the I See You way.

Because being seen changes everything.

As a keynote speaker, I travel across the country speaking to audiences about how to strategically utilize human connection to restore resilience and retention.

While speaking to these audiences, you know what I found out?  No matter the profession, race, or economic status-almost everyone I talked to expressed the same need.

To feel seen.

At I See You Living, we answer that need.  Because around here, connection isn’t just something we talk about—it’s how we live.

Whether you’re here because you’re looking for a community, resources, or products, I’m so glad you found your way to I See You Living. You belong here.

Such a big hug,

Julie De Jesus
